As first time landlords we were very intimidated by the renting process.  After reaching out to multiple rental companies, we decided on APM.  Before our renter was even moved in, the ownership of APM changed and we were introduced a new group of individuals.  As an already nervous first time landlord this left us questioning our decisions, however, the support and guidance we have received from APM has been wonderful.  APM has been flexible with our desire to be “hands-on” landlords and handle the maintenance requests/questions.  However, the approach still leads to many questions and APM (Penny, specifically) is always available to provide advice/guidance on requests we receive from the tenant.  From our point of view, APM has done great with managing “high-maintenance” landlords and our tenant.
